Not only the big smartphone brands are releasing fresh tech devices at the MWC 2016, as Acer has unveiled their new flagship and it has something clever under its sleeves.
The Acer Liquid Jade 2, successor to the Liquid Jade, comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display and a Snapdragon 808 processor w/ 3GB of RAM. Camera-wise, it’s got a 21-megapixel PDAF rear camera w/ dual-LED flash and 4K recording while the selfies are handled by an 8-megapixel front shooter. Everything is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
What’s interesting about the Jade 2 is its hybrid cloud storage. It’s a feature similar to the Nextbit Robin but Acer is offering a free cloud space of 1 terabyte. This feature is integrated to the 32GB of onboard storage and should automatically sync everything to the cloud.
