Apple released the PH SRP for the iPhone SE in May 2016. Price started at Php23,590 for the 16GB and Php29,590 for the 64GB. With the new refresh, you can now get double the storage capacity for the same price:

iPhone SE 128GB – Php29,590
The iPhone SE still comes in Silver, Gold, Space Gray, and Rose Gold colors, and will be available starting at 11:01 PM on March 24, 2017. See listing below.
