Just before we expect ASUS to announce the Zenfone 4s anytime soon, they have released another Zenfone. This one is pretty unique and is marketed towards the latest trend online — live streaming. Here’s our unboxing of the ASUS Zenfone Live.
ASUS sent us a full set of live streaming equipment enclosed in this big box. Keep in mind that this is not the retail unit that’s available for purchase.
There are chock-full of accessories inside this special box including stickers and a couple of mirrors that could be helpful maybe when doing a live stream. ASUS has also given us a phone tripod and a set of its Lolliflash accessory.
The actual retail box, though, is pretty basic. You get a travel charger rated at just 5V=1A, a micro-USB cable, and a pair of headphone. Of course, it also contains the Zenfone Live unit.
We already have our first impressions about the Zenfone Live that you may read here.
While we do find the Zenfone Live to be just another budget-friendly Zenfone, its main feature the — BeautyLive app — is pretty unique from its siblings.
It allows you broadcast live through YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook from the app. Using the exclusive live beautification feature will show a more vibrant, smooth face. It’s just like taking a beauty selfie but things are done and broadcasted in real time.
