The Black Shark team has officially launched the gaming smartphone, Black Shark 2, in India. The device was first announced last March 2019.
The Black Shark 2 features a 6.39-inch OLED panel with an FHD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 ratio. Powered by Snapdragon 855, it’s accompanied by an Adreno 640 GPU and has two variants: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. Powering its camera is a 48MP and 12MP dual rear shooters while the front comes with a 20MP lens. The Black Shark 2 also features an in-display fingerprint scanner, RGB lighting strips, a vapor chamber cooling system, and a 4,000mAh battery with 27W (from 18W) fast charging.

The Black Shark 2 6GB RAM + 128GB variant will only be available in Shadow Black and costs INR 39,999 (~PHP 30,055) while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage will be available in Frozen Silver and has a price tag of INR 49,999 (~PHP 37,570). The smartphone will be released through Flipkart on June 4, 2019.
