I am afraid to order that phone as I had the BV5000 you know what? the screen got broken after falling from my pocket inside the train. They do not want to honor the warranty.

People do not seem to understand that, if you investigate, a premium midrange EXISTS … not everything is “Apple or Samsung” (both overvalued IMO ) xS “Ruggeds with reasonable prices”? well: for me its AGM ( not Blckvw anymore)… basically because previous experiences (i m lookinga at the x1 special Agm gold 18k edition : amazing phone for its price) and their phones have the best reviews
John Hazlewood says:
I am sorry to say that Blackview after sale services are worst. I have Blackview BV6000, after 4 month used it become faulty.
dropped charge level very quickly, charging very slow, very low resolution and some sensors not worked.
recently blackview released OS updates, but after updates some problem were solved but new problem in the line like a weak wifi , GPS signal and slow touch response. Now i am using AGM A8. satisfied with the performance and now i am runing Lineage OS.
