I got my omega xl just this december 20, 2013.. And so far i havent seen any defects on it.. 1 week na sya sakin and its nice, the sensitivity when typing is nice, etc. I just got sad when i searched for cherry mobile issues and those are really heartbreaking especially the customer service ekek nila. But im hoping for no bad issues with regards to my Omega XL :( im loving this already.

pedro penduko says:
I’ve had such a terrible experience with cherry modile the I won’t recommend ANY of their products. They don’t have replacement parts and there’s always something wrong with their products. It’s better that you buy a high end product that will last a long time than buy one which is a cheap imitation of the high end product and see it deteriorate before you in six months.
wew says:
cherryuser says:
@pedro.
malas lang nakakuha ka ng tinatawag na lemon. kahit anong brand meron nun. i already have had a flare, titan, omega hd 2.0, flame 2.0, fusion bolt. all of them are working fine. so far the flare and titan have been longest for over a year already. one reason kaya naman talaga mura e dahil quality check ng item sa china e tinipid. unlike sa mga samsung or high end brand.
masmamamahal talaga ang item pag may quality check dahil kailangan ng bagong tauhan at etc etc… (to get it at that price sacrifices to the production line are to be made. simple business lang to kahit anong business pa to laging nag cucut cost just to make an item cheaper.) kaya talagang mahal ang item. pero minsan may lemon pa din. try to note that there was an issue with the Samsung S4 batteries that were shipped with a lot of units and was only replaced later. i had a friend that had that issue of which samsung replaced the battery after 2 weeks of waiting.
wew says:
jolophi says:
I’m a CM user for more than 6 months and I’m happy with my smartphone, no problems whatsoever have I encountered so far. In my opinion, it’s really up to the user how your phone will last, proper handling and usage of your device is your own responsibility.
Consumers, the most important thing of all to keep in mind is to always fully test the product you’re buying before you leave their store. That way you’ll be safe in the long run.
RJ says:
12k? Ang mahal naman.
Hi! Here’s my humble entry. :)
