Turkey’s General Mobile has announced a new Android One device called the GM8 and it follows the new wave of smartphone trends as it sports an 18:9 full-screen display, up to 4GB of RAM, and a mid-range price tag.
Two versions of the device are available: a 3GB RAM/32GB storage model and a 4GB/64GB variant.

The General Mobile G8 is expected to appear first at the MWC as it is announced, with prices starting at 999 Turkish Lira or roughly Php13,700 when directly converted.

at that price point, GM8 will compete with nokia 6 (2017 edition). i hope nokia will release a 2018 to heat up competition and drive mobile phone prices down….
