HTC has just introduced a couple of new lower mid-range smartphones, the Desire 12 and Desire 12+. Both are fairly large phones with 18:9 aspect ratio screens. Powering them is hardware from the lower end of the spectrum, with the Desire 12 even having a 2GB/16GB configuration.
The Desire 12 has a 5.5-inch HD+ display, a lone 13MP rear camera, is powered by a Mediatek MT6739 chipset, 2GB/3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB storage, and a 2,730mAh battery.
The larger Desire 12+ packs a 6-inch HD+ display, 13MP + 2MP rear cameras, Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, and a slightly bigger 2,965mAh battery. Both handsets will run Android Oreo.
