HTC Magic is next Google Android Phone

HTC’s has announced it’s second Android-based phone — the HTC Magic — and this time, the phone sheds off the keyboard from the previous model (HTC Dream).

And while the old Android G1 phone was locked with T-Mobile, the new G2 phone will be distributed via Vodafone (based on the markings) but who says we can’t get an unlocked phone via Singapore or Hong Kong?

  9. Almost all of the Android phones that will be marketed in the future are still gonna be expensive! If only some company would create a cheap yet feature-full one, I’d buy from that company just to try out Android.

  10. Android phones are expensive because the OS has high CPU and memory requirements, just like Windows Mobile and iPhone OS.
