Following the leaks we’ve received these past few days, including very detailed images of the phone, HTC has finally unveiled their newest contender and first entry into the 2018 smartphone market — The HTC U11 EYEs. The device packs an 18:9 aspect ratio display and dual front cameras.
Under the hood of the device is a 6-inch Full HD+ 18:9 Super LCD 3 display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 Octa-core CPU, Adreno’s 510 GPU, 64GB of Internal storage, expandable up to 2TB, 4GB of RAM, and a 3,930mAh battery. As for cameras, the device is equipped with a 12MP f/1.7 aperture BSI sensor rear camera and a set of two 5MP f/2.2 front shooters.
HTC brings their unique Edge Sense squeeze functionality to the device along with facial recognition, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and an IP67 water and dust resistance rating.
