Actually, they are an established globally. They are the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturers in the world. IMO, the quality of their phones are better compared to the local brands here and they are catching up. I previously had the G525 which was excellent phone but the low capacity battery was a downer. With the octa-core processor, meaning 8 cores, it looks like 4 cores are clocked at 1.8GHz, 4 cores clocked at 1.3GHz and an extra core clocked 230GHz. The extra one could handle smaller task.
