After numerous leaks that round about the cyberspace, Huawei has finally taken the wraps off the Mate 10 smartphone at an event in Munich, Germany.
The Huawei Mate 10 features the company’s latest Kirin 970 chip with a dedicated Neural network Processing Unit (NPU) for all things related to artificial intelligence, as well as a six-inch display and next-generation dual cameras co-engineered with Leica.
Huawei also has upped its UI game with the new EMUI forked from Android Oreo as it features ‘infinite possibilities’ to work with your phone — there’s a new smart screen feature that turns your phone into a PC when connected by a single cable without a need for a dock. There are also suggestive functions such as dimming the brightness during bedtime reading and other functions you normally do with the phone as the NPU learns your patterns
