So, here’s another LG G5 exposure. While we already have a lot of rumors and leaks, this latest render is probably the best so far.
The leaked render above from Evan Blass is perhaps the safest bet for the aesthetic of the LG G5. Since the G5 popped up online, a lot were skeptical where LG is heading and some are not in favor of the design. After sticking to plastic for their flagship smartphones, the company is now shifting to metal for a more premium build. Also, they are throwing in a pair of rear cameras plus a fingerprint scanner.
So far, LG G5 is expected to have a 5.6-inch QHD display with “Always-On” feature along with a secondary display for notifications and such, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB RAM. The dual camera setup could be a 16MP + 8MP combo w/ laser autofocus. Also, the G5 might have a modular-like system wherein you can swap the battery, which is said to be just 2800mAh, for other accessories.
Not LG’s greatest design, I admit. Hello LG? Remember V10 design or did you forget about it already? But does not matter, that flaw with the design can be easily hidden with a good looking case. The only one that I cared about is the camera quality and how will it compare to Samsung’s new Britecell camera sensor. I need a DSLR substitute (not replacement) when my DSLR is not with me and my aging Galaxy S4 doesn’t deliver anymore in today’s standards.
