HMD Global, the company that revived Nokia handsets for 2017, has confirmed to bring the Nokia 105, 150, 216, and 230 feature phones back to the Philippines this week.
Left to right: Nokia 230, 216, 150, and 105
The company has kept silent as to how much these will retail for although they gave a hint that price range will be Php1,500 to under Php3K. The Nokia 150 was already made available in different countries including UK and India with a retail price of £35 and INR2,299, respectively. When directly converted to Philippine Peso, that’s around Php2K so expect it to be in that price range when it officially sells here.
We were told by the company that these are all dual-SIM versions and that the units are already ”clearing customs” so we should see these new feature phones real soon.
don’t patronize abenson kase. you know how Nokia was deba? Let’s not make tusok-tusok the fishballs na lang lol
OMG ?? Right on sister ?? Like Nokia was the best thang ever in 2006. You are like super correct ????
Sad to say Nokia now is now longer as indestructible as before, HMD is just riding on the name and the rest is history. I have the Nokia 230 I bought it last year at the Nokia Store in glorietta. Question now is the Nokia that’s coming back will it still be under MemoXpress as they have better deals that Abenson who puts a very big patong on installments for the same card.
Nokia was the best back in 2006 coz it lets you surf the internet by activating the GPRS and then lets you download themes and music and pass them to friends. This phone have so many memories for us 90’s kids ?? It is even Unbreakable even if you throw it on the wall ????
