The OPPO F7 excels better than the Nokia 7 Plus when it comes to displays thanks to its LTPS IPS panel. Other than that, it has a bigger and wider display with high resolution. While the Nokia 7 Plus’ display is no slouch, we’ll have to give the win to the F7.
Both smartphones chipsets are relatively new and innovative. The Helio P60 of the OPPO F7 has a 12nm architecture compared to the 14nm structure of the Snapdragon 660. This means that the former will consume less power and is more optimized. Another key difference is A.I. capabilities, which the Helio P60 possess and the SD660 lacks. Based on the AnTuTu benchmark scores that we got, the former got 138,016 while the latter got 138,758.
Performance for both devices are close to each other so either one of them is good in terms of executing daily tasks. The Adreno 512 of the Nokia 7 Plus, however, is slightly better than the Mali-G72 MP3 of the OPPO F7 which means that gaming is better in Nokia’s offering.
The OPPO F7 follows a single rear and front camera set up while the Nokia 7 Plus has dual rear shooters with a single lens in the front. Check out the sample shots that we got from each smartphone. (Nokia 7 Plus and OPPO F7).
One main difference in the battery of the two is that the Nokia 7 Plus has fast charging, which the OPPO F7 does not have. This makes Nokia’s offering a bit more flexible in emergencies and easier for quick plug-ins and outs.
The Android One operating System of the Nokia 7 Plus is, personally, better than the modded ColorOS 5.0 of the OPPO F7. This is because the former’s system updates are being handled directly by Google while the latter is dependent on the smartphone company. If users want to be at ease when it comes to software updates, you know which one to choose.
The Nokia 7 Plus is priced at Php21,990 while the OPPO F7 is priced at Php17,990. For users who prefer having better audio, gaming, and user interface experience, the Nokia 7 Plus is the right pick. Although, if they want to have better viewing experience, A.I. capabilities, and a dedicated microSD card slot, then the OPPO F7 is a better choice.

mas ok un nokia ,,compare sa ginigisa,,quality ng phone ang babayaran hindi ang specs,,,if sobrang ganda ng unit mo pero hindi naman kilala ,,sayang lang ang ipambibili sa ginigisa,,
Hi, I would choose the Nokia over that Oppo. My phone is Oppo F5 and I learned that they don’t have updates for Android Oreo, so Nokia Android One would be better than the fancy Oppo brands.
