    Why can’t I have the Nokia 701 in white?…

Do Smart and Globe have plans to include the Nokia 701 in their postpaid plans. It’s been almost 4 months and up to now they don’t offer this phone in their website. Or does Smart and Globe already abandoned Nokia all in all and just depleting their inventory? Nauna pa yong iPhone 4S release for the rich dudes than the Nokia phones for the normal Pinoys. Sad.

Nokia 500 price range is somewhat too expensive. they say entry level, Others would think to buy a Android-Powered Phone like Galaxy Mini instead.

Sa thread kasi ng tipidcp.com eh mejo disturbing sa kanila yung issue na yon….

Jerome is right. Goodness, why bother with a phone na fixed-focus? These new Nokia phones are using FULL FOCUS lenses.

Forget about Gsmarena.com, here’s the official specifications from the Nokia website.

Abe’s right about the specs of these phones particularly the fixed focus cameras. gsmarena.com says the same :

    • Avatar for Jerome Jerome says:

Nope full focus. Doesn’t make sense with the hardware spec and pricing. Try using a C7 and compare the pics with a phone using fixed focus lens.

  16. Avatar for Jerome Jerome says:

Abe, let’s be clear on the spec of these phones. These are not using fixed focus lens but rather use full focus which is quite different. Here is a good link explaining the full focus lens.
