Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 already priced in Europe

Are you one of those saving up to buy the Nokia Lumia 920 or Lumia 820 but don’t have an idea on how much it will cost? You’ll get answers in some countries in Europe as they already have the official pricing and are available for pre-order.

In Germany, the Nokia Lumia 920 is priced at 649 Euros or roughly Php35,000 while the Lumia 820 is priced at 499 Euros or Php27,000. Italy, however, is offering the Lumia 920 at a lower price at 599 Euros or Php32,000 while the Lumia 820 is the same as in Germany. Mother Russia is also offering both phones with the Lumia 920 priced at 24,990 Roubles or Php34,000 while the Lumia 820 is priced at 19,990 Roubles or Php27,000.

(Conversion rate: 1 Euro = Php53.98, 1 Rouble = Php1.34)

The Nokia Lumia 900 was priced at Php27,900 when launched in the Philippines so we’re expecting the Lumia 920 to have an estimated retail price of Php28K to Php30K. But judging from European pricing you can try to set your ceiling to Php35K. Let’s hope it’s cheaper when it arrives here.

Lumia is the high-end of all the phones by this time at the same time it is cheaper than the best selling phone of the other manufacturer. Check first all the review before you talk guys. The phone is worth the price. And please dont you compare this to Iphone, that you will rather buy Iphone than this. Many of the Techies, choose this!

  2. Abc123 says:

before you comment that this phone is too pricey. Check first the full specification of this phone. This is cheaper than Iphone5 at the same time it is more innovative and stronger body built. Don’t talk by what have you seen, talk by what you understand.

  3. nicoli says:

That’s the problem.. Many of us still hooked up to iPhone.. c’mon, iPhone for me is only Status Symbol.. If you have, you are reach then,.. Looking forward sa mga direct re sellers like kimstore, etc… Hopefully, kaa nila babaan ito. ;D

  4. Jon says:

Iphone 5 didn’t change at all. Its still the same old iphone4s the only thing they change is the OS and camera. It’s just you people who are so hardheaded that you prefer buying iphone without looking the specs. So if you think that lumia920 is pricey then i would probably say that iphone should make their pricing lower than lumia because lumia is way better than iphone. If you dont believe me then might as well check these sites.

aside sa samsung galaxy s3 ko, i’m also using Lumia 610 and definitely, 920 is worth the buy…

  6. tonton says:

Kung makareak naman ang iba jan as if afford ang hi-end fone, hello!!! Naka galaxy pocket ka lang feel mo class ka na hehe, well guys compare nyo price iPhone5 32GB to Lumia 920? Lets see alin mas mahal, compare nyo alin mas innovative sa dalawa? For sure everyone needs a top notch camera on their fone, i like iPhone but its boring sad to say, ipad na lang ako then lumia for smartphone

  7. vslayer31 says:

but i must say kung windows phones ang kelangan mo definitely nokia k n dahil EXCLUSIVE APPS na wala sa iba …tsaka innovation ay mas marami sa nokia…. pero aminado ako sobrang mahal nian ill wait nalang to go prices down rather than buying 8x or ativ … future proofing wise i think im with nokia … tsaka updates will definitely will be rolled out immedately on this device (though same as other kasi standardized naman ung specs nila …) unlike droids by schedule by the manufacturer..

  8. wendell says:

Nokia phones are the best =)

  9. GalanT says:

Ang pinakamurang presyo ng Lumia 920 will be at 32K if we are to base it sa Italian pricing according to this website.

    http://www.zdnet.com/uk/nokia-lumia-920-pricing-revealed-125-cheaper-than-iphone-5-7000004909/

With this, the Lumia 920 which has a 32GB capacity, when compared to iPhone5 32GB will possibly have a difference of almost US$200. And if compared to Samsung Galaxy S3 32GB, the Lumia 920 will only be $40 higher.

So what do you guys think? Me? I can’t wait!
And oh by the way! If you guys are worried with the APPS, the new Windows Phone 8 won’t leave it as is, they are also making the moves like jagger! :)

Shete! Joke time pa ang maps!

    100 yellow Lumia 920s please.

Para sa mga reregaluhan ko ngayong pasko!

  11. alapaap says:

The price is considerable. A 32GB S3 is priced roughly around the same as Lumia 920. I’ll definitely gonna get one. Aside sa mga features nya, nagagandahan ako sa degign ng Lumia – it’s a breath of fresh air.

This is not a phone for everybody btw.

  12. tukmol666 says:

Ahaha! How does it feel shitting on your pants? Ehehe!

And MS best days are over! Jehjehjeh!

  13. E says:

Lumia 920 is the flagship phone of Nokia, Hello people. With better hardware, design and some of software than other phones, then there’s nothing wrong with the price. For sure it’s a bit cheaper in the Philippines. Why people are buying iphone5 and SGSIII with much higher price than this, then why not Nokia!

  14. aintahater says:

gotta be kidding me. nokia winphones are the bestest!
better design, better camera, fresher os!
and why would anyone buy an iPhone 5 except for
sosyalin people. its exactly like the latter version.
    nokia ftw!

  15. Former Nokia says:

  16. john says:

tanga ba kayo? iphone is priced at 50 K ang nokia lumia.. with almost thesame features and even have an edge in some point is much cheaper… … I think you should go with lumia… btw… nakita niyo na ba talaga ang lumia? ,… try to visit the stores.. it has the most elegant design!

  17. topgun says:

  18. GalanT says:

It’s better to wait for the real Philippine market price coz as you can see from the two sample countries stated, the prices differ. So for the peeps who are waiting for the Lumia 920 here, let’s just patiently wait. We still have time to save. :D

  19. edgar says:

So ang 920 eh 650 – 700 USD.

  20. deuts says:

I think it’s also relevant to compare those prices mentioned with the prices in the same countries of iPhone 5 and/or SGS3, and compare to the prices of the same phones in the Philippines, so we can get a better grip of the expected pricing when it arrives in the PH.

  21. sdasjdha says:

I’m not a fanboy but I think the price could be justified by the software and hardware design. Yes, it only packs a dual core S4 but this phone runs WP8 which is a lighter OS compared to Android, so it will only have a negligible effect on performance. The hardware itself is sturdy, a reputation established by Nokia, and includes high-class parts like the camera, screen and the part that enables it charge wirelessly. I am also positive that the converted price mentioned above is certainly a lot higher than the local price just because of the mere fact that it’s from Europe.

The 8X, in my opinion, is good, although not as good as the 920 nor the 820, but is obviously a Nokia-inspired product.

iPhone on the other hand is just overpriced as expected from Apple.

    • asdf says:

If by lighter you mean less features, then you’re correct. WP7 is just a glorified dumbphone OS, and with the leaked WP8 features, there’s not much improvement.

  23. SpiderWak says:

How do they expect to grow their customer base if the phone is pricey? Don’t they understand that they’re trying to catch up? Between the 920 and iPhone 5 I’d rather get iPhone.

    • jd says:

hmm with its innovative new features, i think nokia isnt playing catch up anymore?

  24. John says:

Same. Just the HTC 8X… No one will actually really buy your phones, Nokia. It’s pricey and priced higher than the iPhone. Really.

    • deck says:

      so what are its SRPs?

    • Ice says:

Those are not the SRP of iphone.

    • deck says:

why priced higher than the iphone when the iphone 5 sells for P47k to P60k??

  25. eager man says:

    hmm.. how about this?
take the price of any (any high-end for that matter) smartphone that’s already released, like say SGS3 or HTC One X, and compare it to those of those recently priced Nokia 920 and we have our local pricing. Worth a shot.. :)
