Not hating but it’s still damn expensive for 2016.
If you want a chinese phone, then just get a Redmi Note 2 for almost similar specs and the same processor chipset in comparison of R9 for only Php 8000. Or better yet, a Redmi Note 3 Pro in similar specs of R9 Plus for just Php 13,000.
inb4; “But muh RAMS”
Shut up! You don’t need more than 2-3 GB of RAM. What are you gonna do, playing GTA: San Andreas, Asphalt and NBA2K16 while watching porn in your phone at the same time?
Damn it Oppo, it’s like they’re the chinese version of Star Mobile.
RAM says:
I need that big RAM! To edit my private video while playing those GAMES you mentioned, watch the Japanese Maria “Clara” for inspiration, and do some web development, photoshop(?) and whatnot – all at the same time! :D

…get a MyPhone and put a China sticker on the Philippine logo at the back. After all it’s already made in Chinese factories.
I wonder if you’ll get hunted by the National HIstorical Commission if you video that and upload it to facebook. ?_?

I am a owner of an OPPO R7 Plus. I am very satisfied with my phone despite of it’s mid-range specification due to it’s durability, longer battery life, display, fast charging technology and the performance really delivers as promised. However, I’m hoping that the R9 and R9 Plus will also include the SmartSensor OIS Technology and Super VOOC that OPPO recently launched at the MWC 2016 at Barcelona Spain.
