Redmi has unveiled that the Redmi Note 8 Pro will be launching soon.
Posted on the company’s official Weibo account, the announcement image teases a look of the Note 8 Pro’s rear. It’s set to have a quad-camera setup, with three of the cameras stacked together vertically, while the fourth one is located beside those three snappers. There’s also a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear, situated just below the mentioned three shooters. One of the cameras is confirmed to be a 64MP snapper.
In another Weibo post by Mediatek, the company confirmed that the Note 8 Pro will be equipped with an Helio G90T processor. The Helio G90T sports two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.05 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz, coupled with ARM Mali G76 graphics.
Along with the Note 8 Pro, Redmi will also be launching a vanilla Redmi Note 8. Stay tuned for more details, pricing, and availability of the Note 8 series when it officially launches on August 29.
