Research in Motion (RIM) today announced the BlackBerry Bold 9780 which also features the newest BlackBerry OS 6.0.
In most respects, the BB Bold 9780 has almost the same exact design and form factor as the previous BlackBerry Bold (BB Bold 9650 back in April and the BB Bold 9700 prior to that).

2.44″ screen @ 480×360 pixels
256 MB storage, 512 MB RAM
up to 32GB via microSD
3G/HSDPA

I hope they have something more than E72. This beauty doesn’t even have a front camera.
unknown says:
Still no radio. Yuga, you yourself hoped BB should put one in their phone right? Not even a camera infront. All these “enhancements” are already in E72. Failed.
fyeahBB says:
Im anxiously waiting for this phone to land here in the Philippines. Hope its true that it will be available this November. =)
GollyGnu says:
Been using one. It’s definitely way better than previous OS versions. OS 6 allows home screens and organizing your apps into different screens like an Iphone. It also auto learns your frequently used apps and puts them into the frequent home screen. Looks the same as previous Bold but totally different OS.
Harley says:
still getting used to with my current blackberry…i have downgraded the OS of my BB and upgraded again. I did it because i deleted the maps and it made my phone unstable…well i hope it is fixed… will be looking at it starting now!
whew!
I love BIS but quite expensive…hehe! Globe please lower your BIS costing! thanks!
peace!

@DeLa Mar, Hey Mar I’ve been eyeing the HD2 for some time now. I’d probably get one before the year ends. How’s your personal experience with the HD2? Where and how much did you get it? Thanks :)
Negrita says:
still the best looking blackberry phone – hands down!
DeLa Mar says:
how much is one? I just bought an HTC-HD2 windows mobile phone. i still prefer and miss my old blackberry. =|
Marcus says:
BB is actually one among my choices, the only thing holding me back is the BIS service. Why can’t it go like other phones where you can surf when you want using your own phone credit. Why oh why do you wanna say goodbye hehe.. kumanta nalang.
mr.bogus says:
look same specs as the previous models….
BB is BB!!!!
JKisaragi says:
If Globe will be offering this one at the same price as the 9700 now, I’d probably get me one.
chris says:
Minimal upgrades parin. And I still love the sleek design of the 9700.
Manny says:
its still going to be very much a business phone–that’s their target market in the first place anyway.
CarloBlogg Online 3.0 says:

Nice looking smartphone with nice specs BUT i hope the improvement/s or upgrade/s inside and out are significant enough for the consumer to feel it, otherwise your guess is as good as mine…………….. 2 centavos pa din, Peace!
