Samsung is set to unveil a new smartphone later today but it looks like someone in the company pulled the trigger too soon as the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) official product page became publicly available.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) SM-A920FZIDSKZ made an early appearance thanks to Samsung Kazakhstan. The page has already been taken down but details are still available for viewing.
It has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080) Super AMOLED screen, back glass panel with 3D effect, octa-core processor, 6GB RAM (8GB RAM available in some countries), 128GB storage, microSD up to 512GB via dedicated slot, dual-nano SIM, fingerprint scanner, Face Recognition, USB Type-C, and 3,800mAh battery with fast charging.
Its most prominent feature is the quad camera setup at the back consisting of an 8MP F2.4 120-deg ultra-wide camera, 10MP F2.4 2x Optical Zoom Telephoto camera, 24MP F1.7 Main camera, and 5MP F2.2 Live Focus Depth camera. In addition, the cameras have 19 image optimization modes and Defect Detection.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) comes in three colors: blue, black, and pink.
