Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro pre-order, release in the Philippines

We now have the full details on Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro’s imminent launch in the country. This information is according to store representatives from multiple shops we have talked to over the past few days, as well as materials we have seen around the metro.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro specs:
5.5-inch Super AMOLED display @ 1920 x 1080 pixels
1.6GHz Samsung Exynos 7870 octa-core CPU
Mali-T830 GPU
3GB RAM
32GB internal storage
Expandable via microSD, up to 256GB
13MP f/1.7 rear autofocus camera w/ LED flash
13MP f/1.9 front-facing camera w/ LED flash
Dual SIM
4G LTE
Wi-Fi 802.11ac
Bluetooth 4.2
GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS
FM Radio
Fingerprint scanner
Android 7.0 Nougat w/ Samsung Experience UI
3,600mAh non-removable battery

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro will be available for pre-order on July 1-9 for Php15,990, in black and gold colors with a silver blue variant said to be available only in the Philippines at the time of its launch, and will be exclusive first to Samsung stores. During the period, interested customers may reserve at Samsung stores and authorized dealers, and pay a minimal downpayment fee that can be deducted when the unit is already available. As a treat, Samsung will be throwing in a Samsung Scoop wireless Bluetooth speaker worth Php3,100 as a freebie when you reserve your phone. They’ll ask you to put in your details on a dedicated online pre-order page to proceed.

It is also expected to have a pre-order page up at e-commerce website Lazada, similar to the Galaxy S8 and S8+ back in April. This is separate from the online reservation page available on other offline mobile shops.

Nationwide availability of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro is expected to be in July 15. While we’re brewing up our full review, you may check out our first impressions of the device.

Thanks so much for the info. Now this got me thinking whether to purchase pro or not. If I may ask, which is better, j7 2017 or j7 pro? Thanks:)

J7 for the cheaper price tag — a Nougat update will be rolling out soon.
J7 Pro for the bigger battery capacity and better camera performance — both cameras shoot decent night shot photos.

Hindi ganun kalayo ang specs to zenfone selfie with a price of less 7k. I will wait for zenfone 4 series. Imminent na rin paglabas.
