The recently announced Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge is expected to be a powerhouse. And with a home-baked Exynos 8890 64-bit octa-core chipset plus all other Samsung components ticking inside the new flagship, it was able to deliver and placed itself on top.
When we first encountered the Galaxy S7 edge, it was already at 127,699. That’s already topping the Android charts and almost beating the score of the iPhone 6S which is at 132,620. But, we’re still not satisfied so we tried it again. This time, we tried it underwater to keep things cool for the chipset.
After patiently waiting and watching the Galaxy S7 edge enjoying its bath, it was able to score better and it’s just a few hundred away from beating the top.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge now has a score of 132,076 easily beating every Android device on the chart. When we get a review unit, we’ll definitely give the benchmark another run to see how high it can in terms of performance numbers.

Yeah. The samsung galaxy s7 and s7 edge is awesome. But is it really necessary to make about 10 articles about it in a few hours? I want to read other articles but is put-off reading because the front page is full of crappy spec-to-spec comparisons of s7 with other flagships that I didn’t even bother to read as they are nigh-on predictable. Please remember that it is about the quality and not the quantity of the posts. Why not make a unified post including the comparison in chart mode?
