I posted my final review of the Samsung Z560 demo phone loaned to me by Globe. You can read my full review over at PinoyTechBlog.
It was the first time I have extensively used a 3G/HSDPA phone. Since it was primarily aimed for mobile connectivity, I didn’t do much calling and texting. Most of the test involved downloading live streaming TV shows, listening to Internet radios, video-calling and internet browsing.
After testing that phone, I actually got more interested in buying a new one for myself. And yes, I think I’m gonna go for the N73.

Miguel says:
A computer? Yeah when I had an N80 it did feel like a computer. A bit unwieldy for a phone, and “takaw-tingin.”
Which is what I think happened to it.
Ham says:
There was an internet outage last Thurday and Friday in my area. Desperate to get online I borrowed an N70, installed the Nokia PC Suite and surfed at 460Kbps on my laptop.
ade says:
@ Miguel: exactly.
Miguel says:
What does it feel like? A camera? Or the “multimedia computer” that the N series is supposed to be?
ade says:
My GF has a N73 and it doesn’t even feel like a phone anymore. Go for it.
Miguel says:
Ah yes, 3G video calls. The successor in MMS in unused operator features.
N73 == optimized for camera usage. autofocus, 3.2MP.
Noemi says:
mine is an N70 and have never used video calls. Text , voice calls and mail is all I have used so far. What’s nice about the N73?
