harley son says:
will be looking forward for this as my back up phone…mwwwah!
Noir says:
At least it looks like Sony learned to always put a SD Card slot on it’s devices as well as put larger(standard) battery size.
Zo says:
glad to see sony being very aggressive.
I’d like to check the Miro out as my back up unit. Hoping the price won’t disappoint :)
benchmark says:
Wow, the Miro has almost the same specs of the Motorola Fire XT which is just 6k (less the prxomity and ICS).
Well I just hope it cost the same, but I doubt that, probably it will cost a little bit higher.
By the way if somebody would ask me where I bought the Moto Fire, at SM Megamall Cyberzone, near CD-r King, they have the Motorola kiosk there.
Burn says:
Aw, an 800mhz processor? I could assume that these would be on a sub-10k price tag… But if in case it is, then they’ll be a couple of really good-looking Xperias, IMO… Would be a nice secondary mobile…
Totem says:
Compromised na naman yung specs.. Ayos na sana yung dual-sim kaso 3.2″ screen tapos no LED flash? >_<
Sana may manufacturer na makaisip magproduce ng ganitong phone..
4.0" capacitive screen, 480×854 screen resolution
Android 4.0 ICS
1.0 GHz processor
dual-sim capability
5 MP camera with LED flash
VGA front-facing cam
tapos usual connectivity nalang like Bluetooth 2.0, wi-fi b/g/n, USB 2.0
Iprice nila below 10k.. For sure madami bibili niyan.. XD
Mr. Curious says:
the phones really look very thick especially the tipo. These handsets are good backup phones thou
ahmee says:

omen says:

dice says:

Ricardo says:
if you know widgetcity, their prices are 10,150 for xperia miro, and 7,750 for tipo, both has the 1 year warranty of sony ph. but for me it’s a little bit high for it’s specs.
Marco says:
Xperia Miro and Tipo, undoubtedly entry-level handsets from Sony, is expected to be priced lower than the mid-range Xperia units (i.e., U, Sola, Neo L, and Go). Miro can get a fair market share of LG Optimus L5, Tipo Dual on either Samsung Galaxy Y Duos and LG Optimus L3 E405 Dual, and Tipo heads on (ageing) Galaxy Y and Optimus L3 E400. I’m sure everyone in these price segments are excited to know the official price tags.
Bob says:
How much this philippine money i want to buy this phone….is this available in philippine market?where?help me pls
Agnes James says:
Tipo, Sony’s first entry-level price category Smartphone under the Xperia brand. Committed to the Cell phone market, Tipo has been designed for selective markets. The Xperia Tipo has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800MHz processor, Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system and a 3.2-inch display, 1500mAh battery & many more featured & compared with One of Sony & HTC model at http://howmobile.net/sony-ericsson/2461-sony-xperia-tipo.html. Tipo looks amazing in Blue & Silver, why I am saying this coz I do have the Blue One. I love Sony for its Camera & Sound quality and I believe you guys would also like it for the same.
jaqui says:
