Sony is really being aggressive with their high-end lineup for this year as they’re set to unveil another yet another 5-inch Full HD smartphone in the form of the Xperia A.
Apart from the display, the Sony Xperia A is seen bearing the same Omni-balance design cues of the Z and ZL. However, the handset is more akin to the latter as suggested by the lack of glass surface at the back.
Other details of the handset include a 16GB internal storage, 13MP main camera and a 2300mAh battery pack that, unlike the two flagship handset before, is removable. The report didn’t include the Xperia A’s engine, but we have a feeling that it won’t fall that far from the Z and ZL’s configuration.
The Sony Xperia A is rumored to make its debut in Japan on the 15th of this month and will be launched partnership with one of the biggest telco there, NTT DoCoMo.

battery says it’s the Sony Xperia ZR…
SONY needs to ditch their crappy TFT LCD screens, it simply cannot compete with ips and Amoleds
Dude I hate to burst your bubble but Xperia A and Xperia ZR are the same waterproof Xperia phones A for the Japanese market and ZR for the international version
