Photos of a mini version of the Xperia Z3 has been leaked yet again, this time with specs. According to sources, the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact will carry a Snapdragon 801 CPU with stereo speakers and glass panels.
The Sony Xperia Z3’s alleged specs include a 4.6-inch Full HD display (1920 x 1080 resolution), Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, and a 20.7-megapixel rear shooter. In addition, the handset will sport thin bezels and both its front and back panels will be made of glass.
We’ve also mentioned that stereo speakers will be present and should be placed at the face of the device to make playing games and watching videos more effective. We could expect the sides to still be reinforced with metal so that’s a good thing. The Z3 Compact is said to be announced this September during IFA 2014.
Based on previous rumors, the full-sized Xperia Z3 should also boast a Full HD display and a faster Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm. It should be clocked at a speedy 2.7GHz accompanied by 3GB of RAM. Imaging-wise, the Z3 is equipped with the same 20.7-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0, ½.3 – type Exmos RS sensor.

I think 4.3 inches is already good for Sony’s compact series. Owning a Z1 compact now and hoping that Z3 compact’s over all dimension is as ergonomic as Z1 compact.
