13MP front camera with LED Flash
4G LTE

Samsung has jumped the gun ahead of a possible announcement and will sell the Galaxy J7 (2017) in a Single-SIM variant in the Netherlands with a dedicated microSD card slot. While we wait for further notes on the version that will arrive in the country (most likely a Duos variant will hit the town), be prepared to shell out around or more than the € 339 (roughly Php19K) price tag it will be selling for in that country.

Already pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro and now I see this. Almost regretted it until I saw that the J7 2017 only has 16GB of storage. Sure it has NFC, IP54 Splash Resistance and USB Type C but for now internal storage is more important to me so the J7 Pro was indeed the better choice with 32GB.

Here’s a tip: The J7 Pro in the Philippines is also the J7 2017 in some key markets :)

as USUAL. OP na naman. Samsung eh.

the only negative things i can find in this j7 2017 models are the price point and the ‘lowly’ 16GB storage.

positives things are many: FHD screen, 3GB RAM, 3600mah battery, wifi AC, LTE, water resistance, front and rear cameras, microsd slot, NFC.

if i were to have a custom spec, i’d drop the fingerprint scanner and drop the SRP to attract more budget buyers to the ‘interesting’ 10-12k price range.

Specs are great. It pretty much has everything going for it.

    Full HD
    USB Type C
    Fingerprint Scanner
    NFC
    HUGE Battery
    Dedicated Micro SD slot
    Splash Resistant
    Decent Camera

Price looks okay relative to the specs/brand.

However at around 19K it looks too pricey for a J-Series phone.

Only 16 gigs of storage for that price??

    Oh, you unfortunate buyers.
