Spotify reaches 70 million paying subscribers

Spotify is still the world’s biggest online music streaming service. Today, the music platform updated its About page with more recent paying subscribers count– 70 million, as of January 2018. This number is nearly half of its active users that stays at the solid count of 140 million as of June 2017.

The 70 million subscribers paying for Premium services get ad-free playback and the ability to listen to 30 million songs and 2 billion playlists on different devices and platforms. If you are still into its free subscription, you may want to consider switching to its premium subscription for Php129/month.
