The Starmobile PLAY Dash sports a 4.5-inch display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. It also comes with 8GB of expandable memory, basic 8MP and 2MP shooters. 3G connectivity. and a humble 1700mAh battery.
