After some teasing last month and a full product leak last week, vivio has finally made official their newest foldable smartphone, the vivo X Fold.
The vivo X Fold sports the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and multiple cameras with Zeiss branding. The main folding display measures over 8 inches across and is connected by an aircraft-grade floating wing hinge with two ultrasonic fingerprint scanners (one on the outside fold and another on the inside).
The initial release will be exclusive to China at CNY8,999 or about $USD1,415 (Php73,800 at current forex rates). Colors are available in Sunny Mountain Blue and Sycamore Ash. No word as to the global or Philippine release.
