Vivo has officially launched the X5 Max, a dual-SIM Android smartphone that packs a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core CPU, LTE connectivity, and a body that is just 4.75 mm thick.
The magnesium alloy and stainless steel-clad Vivo X5 Max dethrones the Gionee Elife S5.1 (5.15mm thick) and the Oppo R5 (4.85mm thick) as the world’s slimmest smartphone.

What are their basis for the title worlds slimmest? Do they have a certificate that they are the slimmest? I’ve noticed that it has a thick camera that protrudes from the phone did they include it on the measurement?
