  1. did they give details of the LTE bands the philippines version will carry? noticed that their China/HK models do not support LTE Band 20 (which Globe uses for 700hz)

    • *correction*

      LTE Band 28

    • *correction*

      Band 28

    • i want to know also and that is 1 of 2 reasons why i dont wanna buy xiaomi phones. most xiaomi phones dont support LTE band 28.

  2. Hopefully the yugatech team can confirm band 28

the mi mix 2S has band 28

  3. correction *band 28 is used by Globe which the Mi8 in china/hk doesn’t support.

the mi mix 2s though supports a wider range of LTE bands

  4. Wow! There’s so much markup on the 6GB + 64GB variant. More or less 3k PHP.
Better to buy on other sellers. Just in FB alone there are tons of them selling the Mi 8 on a more affordable price.

    • If you don’t need xiaomi’s parts and service warranty, then buy from unauthorized sellers

    • @Emery

That’s not true. There are some that indeed offer those.
