Speaking of the devil, just yesterday we received word that Xiaomi is prepping to officially release a number of devices in the Philippine market, including the Redmi 5A. Today, we’ve spotted that Lazada has put up a teaser page for the said device.
The Redmi 5A is being touted as the entry-level smartphone king, it features a 5-inch HD IPS display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 425 processor, Adreno’s 308 GPU, and a 3,000mAh battery. Oddly enough we’re back to the 16:9 aspect ratio display here, which is quite rare nowadays. Of course, if we get our hands on a unit, we’ll put that “entry-level smartphone king” branding to the test.
