A hands-on video posted by Boby (@Boby25846908) shows the Redmi 7 being compared with the Redmi Note 7. The Redmi 7 is set to have a 6.26-inch screen with a 1520×720 resolution, with the waterdrop notch housing the 8MP front camera. On the rear, the device sports a 12MP + 8MP dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner.
Based on the video, the Redmi 7 can be seen to sport a Snapdragon 632. The device will seemingly have 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM options, while choices for the internal storage include 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. It’s also noted that the phone has a micro USB port at the bottom, and will be powered by a 4,000mAh battery.
The Redmi 7 will reportedly have a price tag of CNY 900 (~PHP 6,997). However, the company has yet to make the Redmi 7 official. Reports say that the announcement will likely come soon.
