A leak from OnPhones shows the alleged banner for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and 5 Pro, which will both launch in India tomorrow.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro will mark the debut of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset. As for other internals, it will come with 32/64GB of storage and 3/4/6GB RAM options. It’s quite large, having a 5.99-inch 18:9 display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080. Rounding off the specs are a 12+5MP dual rear camera setup that resembles the iPhone X’s cameras, a 20MP Sony IMX376 front camera, a 4,000mAh battery, and Android Nougat with MIUI 9.
The Redmi Note 5 is a toned down version of the Pro, not having a 6GB RAM option, a Snapdragon 625 instead of 636, a single 12MP rear camera, and 5MP front camera.
Again, we would like to stress that this is a leak and is not yet official. We will have to wait until the official launch tomorrow to see if this holds true. There is also no information yet regarding price and availability.

I’m very much excited to feel redmi note 5 hands on. Xiaomi did not increase its price and just tweaked some features than redmi 4.
SD 636 should be with adreno 509 right?
Micro usb is not really a deal breaker. The redmi note 5 especially the pro one has great specs and surely will be at a good price.
