Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, Note 8 Pro now official, priced

Xiaomi has finally launched its newest iteration of Redmi Note smartphones with the company’s first 64MP quad-camera setup — the Redmi Note 8 series.

First up, the standard Redmi Note 8 comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 665 chipset, 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of storage, 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-rear cameras, 13MP front camera, and 4,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

The main showstopper is Xiaomi‘s pro variant which sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ display, MediaTek G90T gaming chipset, 6GB or 8GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of storage, the 64MP F1.7 + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-rear cameras, 20MP front camera, and 4,500mAh battery with the same 18W fast charging.
