The doors are now open on GITEX GLOBAL 2024, the world’s biggest tech and startup convention.
This year’s 44th edition, held at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) from October 14-18, promises to redefine the global digital economy and reshape the future of AI.
Under the theme “Global Collaboration to Forge a Future AI Economy,” it focuses on fostering international partnerships to advance AI technologies.
With the global AI market projected to reach a staggering USD 2.7 trillion by 2032, it’s no surprise this technology takes center stage. Over 3,500 companies will showcase cutting-edge advancements in AI, IoT, data, and the cloud.
Running concurrently is Expand North Star (October 13-16 at the Dubai Harbour), the world’s largest startup and investment show, hosted by Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and alongside DWTC as organizers.
Over 6,500 exhibiting companies, 1,800 startups, and 1,200 investors from 180+ countries are expected to participate. This includes tech giants like Adobe, Alibaba Cloud, Google, Microsoft, and more.
Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President of DWTC, says GITEX Global doubles down on global collaborations and intensive engagements. And through these efforts, they’ll forge competitive edge in the race towards digital supremacy.
“We are committed to strategically propelling the next generation of AI-driven technologies via startups, scale-ups and unicorns,” LohMirmand adds.
The event offers a platform for startups to showcase their ideas and connect with potential investors and partners. It features a wide range of activities, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and product demonstrations.
