On Wednesday, September 4, Acer announced the brand-new Acer Nitro gaming monitors, offering high-definition resolution and fast refresh rates of up to 600 Hz. The built-in WebOS platform, screen-mirroring technology, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and other features are present also in both the new Nitro and Acer smart monitors.

The new Nitro gaming monitors are intended towards players who want immersive experiences, improved gameplay, and additional features. The models, which come in two 27-inch and one 24-inch sizes, are all compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium and are designed to reduce screen tearing and stuttering to provide smoother frames.

Outstanding colors and frames are delivered by the HDR10-certified display and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The Nitro XV270U F5, with a 27-inch WQHD (2560×1440) IPS display, 500 Hz refresh rate, and a maximum G-to-G response time of 0.5 ms, completes the lineup of the newest gaming monitors.
