Acer has announced the update of its gaming desktops such as the Predator Orion 3000 and Nitro 50 with the latest 11th Gen Intel Core or AMD Ryzen 5000 series desktop processors, as well as NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs.
The Predator Orion 3000 (P03-630) is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU, with up to 64GB of 3200Hz DDR4 RAM and up to 8TB of NVMe storage. In addition, the Predator Orion 3000 features an Intel Killer e2600, Wi-Fi 6, DTS:X Ultra audio, and ports ranging from Type-A to Type-C.
On the other hand, the Nitro 50 has both Intel and AMD processors, N50-120 and N50-620, respectively. The desktop is powered by up to AMD Ryzen 9 5900 series processors or the 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor. Both models feature an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU, up to 64GB DDR4 RAM, dual 3.5-inch SATA3 HDD slots and M.2 PCIe SSD slots. Like the previous desktop, the Nitro 50 is equipped with Wi-Fi 6 and an array of USB Type-C and Type-A ports.
Moreover, the Nitro 50 can be ordered with a built-in wireless charging pad that works with other Qi-compatible devices. It can charge mobile devices faster than a 5W wireless charger according to Acer. Other features of the Nitro 50 include DTS:X Immersive Audio, Windows 10 Home, FrostBlade Cooling, and red LED lights.
The Predator Orion 3000 (P03-630) has a starting price of USD 1,199 and will be available by July in North America, and in EMEA by October priced at EUR 949.
The Nitro 50 (N50-620) will be available in North America in July starting at USD 949; in EMEA in October starting at EUR 799; and in China in June, starting at CNY 5,599.
