Amazon just released its new Kindle Scribe which lets users not just read the content but also write on it. It also has a large display and its own battery-free pen.

Kindle Scribe is Amazon’s first 10.2-inch display size with 300ppi and it also has a pen that doesn’t need any charging. Its display is also glare-free that is really designed for notetaking and reading. A flush-front design, adjustable warm light, and auto-adjusting light are also present on its front.
It has 3 storage variants which are 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB, and supports WiFi Connectivity.
The Amazon Kindle Scribe has dimensions of 196 x 230 x 5.8mm and it weighs 433g. While the Basic pen has dimensions of 162 x 8.8 x 8.4 mm and it only weighs 14g.
In terms of battery life, a single charge could last up to 12 weeks based on a half-hour reading per day wireless off and a light setting of 13. But f the user uses it more on writing, a single charge could take up to 3 weeks based on half an hour of writing per day, wireless and light setting at 13. But of course battery life surely varies depending on the usage of the user.
Charging it up from a computer via USB-C cable could take approximately 7 hours but it can only be charged in 2.5 hours if used with a 9W USB-C power adapter.
