At the company’s E3 2019 press conference, AMD has just announced a 16-core gaming CPU called the Ryzen 9 3950X.
The Ryzen 9 3950X boasts 16 cores, 32 threads, with a base clock speed of 3.5GHz and a boost speed of 4.7Ghz. It’s also stated to have 72MB of cache memory and a 105W TDP rating. The processor utilizes AMD’s Zen 2 architecture, supports PCIe 4.0, and AM4 motherboards.
The Ryzen 9 3950X is slated to be available in September 2019 and has a price tag of USD 749 (~PHP 38,937).
