ASUS ROG Ally X specs leak online ahead of launch

The ROG Ally X specs have been leaked online ahead of launch due to a retail listing online.

The video below notes how an online retailer may have published the listing for the upcoming device earlier than expected.

In the listing , the device is labeled as the ROG Ally 2. However, netizens suggest that this is likely a cover-up for the new ROG Ally X model.

The spec sheet says that the device will have a 7-inch FHD display. The screen is slated to have a refresh rate of 120Hz and 500 nits of peak brightness.

In addition, it will have 24GB of memory with 1TB of storage. The device will also weigh 670 grams. ASUS also insisted that this iteration of the Ally will have improved battery life.

The leak confirms this development, as it’s slated to pack a 80Wh battery. The spec sheet claims that this can provide three hours of high performance gaming with ten hours of overall use.

Lastly, the system will have a 40Gbps USB 4 port with biometric authentication.

If the specs hold true for the upcoming ROG Ally X, then all we need is the actual launch price. As per the listing, the retailer priced this at 1,234,120 won. This equals to about PHP 52,573.52 or roughly USD 900.
