ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM: 4K 240Hz Gaming Monitor Announced Ahead of CES 2025

Alongside the MSI 4K MPG 272URX QD-OLED, ASUS has also officially revealed its latest gaming monitor, the ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM, just in time for CES 2025.

This monitor sets a benchmark as one of the world’s first 27-inch gaming monitors to feature a 4K resolution with a 240Hz refresh rate, catering to gamers demanding top-tier performance and visuals.

The PG27UCDM boasts ASUS’ fourth-generation QD-OLED panel, offering a 166 PPI (pixels per inch) density and an ultra-fast 0.03ms GTG response time.

It also supports DisplayHDR 400 True Black, Dolby Vision, and HDR10.

ASUS has equipped the PG27UCDM with a DisplayPort 2.1a UHBR20 port, capable of handling 80Gbps bandwidth, enabling the seamless display of 4K resolution at 240Hz.

Additional connectivity options include HDMI 2.1 and a USB-C port that doubles as an alternative DisplayPort and supports 90W fast charging.

ASUS has also integrated its Anti-Flicker 2.0 technology to reduce screen flickering and strain during extended gaming sessions. The monitor includes Care Pro technology, which utilizes a proximity sensor to dim the display when no user is detected, adding energy efficiency to its feature set.
