Asus has been one of the few, if not the only, brand crafting compact flagships, with the Zenfone 10 23 as its latest release. Now, Asus looks to be embracing bigger-display sized smartphones once again, as the design and key specs of Zenfone 11 Ultra emerge in a major leak online.
On Reddit, tipster Td3v1l uncovered a series of official-looking renders, the retail box, and even detailed key specs of the Zenfone 11 Ultra hidden within the latest ROG Phone 8 firmware update.
At its rear protrudes a rectangular camera island with three lenses arranged asymmetrically. It houses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 camera with OIS, a 13-megapixel ultrawide, and a 32-megapixel telephoto, also having OIS at 3x optical zoom.
The satin back, accented by geometric patterns extending from the sides, mirrors its retail box design. The frame isn’t entirely flat, as the back shell curves out to its edges, and at the front sees an almost bezel-less display with a hole-punch notch up top housing a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
As expected, the Zenfone 11 Ultra will equip the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, configured with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

Since this is an Ultra variant, Asus will likely release a compact base model flagship.
