AYANEO has just unveiled the AYANEO 3, a powerful new handheld gaming PC designed with customizable performance and display options. This 7-inch handheld comes in both LCD and OLED models.
The AYANEO 3 is set to ship in various configurations, featuring AMD’s Ryzen 7 8840U for the entry-level version. This chip brings mobile gaming power similar to the Ryzen Z1 Extreme, with additional on-device AI capabilities thanks to its 16 TOPS NPU.
Now, for users seeking a premium experience, AYANEO offers a higher-end model with the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, a powerhouse processor with 12 cores, 24 threads, and a 50 TOPS NPU that handles complex AI tasks on the device itself.
The design keeps the familiar look of the AYANEO 2 but introduces some key upgrades, including front-facing speakers for enhanced audio and new back buttons with trigger locks for improved control. Connectivity includes USB Type-C, OCuLink connectors, and a microSD slot for added storage flexibility.
