Bank-to-bank transfer up to Php500k on BPI Online via PESONet

BPI has just announced that it has now partnered with PESONet for bank-to-bank transfers with amounts of up to Php500,000USD 8,520INR 722,300EUR 8,115CNY 62,050.

Customers who use either the BPI Online site or the BPI Mobile app may now be able to transfer funds reaching up to half a million if they choose PESONet. Currently, some banks (including BPI) have daily limits up to Php50,000USD 852INR 72,230EUR 812CNY 6,205 only.

We checked the Mobile App and the option is now available when sending to 3rd-party banks (see screencap).

The fund transfers are instant as long as it is done earlier than 4PM of the same day. If the transfer is done after 4PM< this is considered a next-day transaction and will be reflected the following day.
