The old mobile app and online banking website of BPI are set to shut down soon to make way for its upgraded platforms that are already available as of writing.
The old mobile app will be disabled on December 31, 2018, while its website, https://www.bpiexpressonline.com, will be down starting January 11, 2019.
BPI advises users to switch to the new mobile app that was launched in May this year, and the new website, https://online.bpi.com.ph, as its newest platforms for online banking transactions.

Users can now use the said new platforms, however, some features are still temporary unavailable. For more details with regards to online banking, they can go to Facebook Messenger and search for “Bea of BPI” which is an automated customer care assistant to accommodate users’ queries.
