Aside from the EOS 6D Mark II, Canon has also announced a new model for its entry-level line of DSLRs.
The Canon EOS 200D, also known as Rebel SL2 in the US, is an entry-level DSLR for beginners without the lack of good features. It has a 24.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, Dual Pixel autofocus, DIGIC 7 image processor, a 9-point AF system, and 1080p video recording capability.
It has wireless connectivity options including Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth as well. It has a 3-inch Vari-angle LCD touchscreen too.
The EOS 200D will be available in late July for USD549 if body-only or USD699 with the Canon EF-S 18-55m f/4-5.6 IS STM lens.
