Canon announced the launch of its newest full-frame mirrorless camera, the Canon EOS RP.
The EOS RP is the second camera in Canon’s EOS R lineup and it features a 26.2MP sensor powered by a DIGIC 8 processor. It has a shooting speed of 5fps, an ISO range of 100-40000, and it also has a Dual Pixel CMOS AF system with 4779 autofocus points.
The camera sports a 0.39-inch, 2.36-million dot OLED electronic viewfinder on the rear. While situated below is a 3-inch Vari-Angle LCD touchscreen that supports Touch-and-Drag AF.
The EOS RP is capable of shooting 4K videos at 25fps, and can also extract still images from the 4K video recordings. Other features include built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, water and dust resistance, and USB charging.

It will be available beginning February 27, 2019, in select territories.
